The VisibTM Transparent Medical Mask offers
improved communication compared with traditional masks because it allows
visibility of facial expressions. Better communication in healthcare settings
improves safety, patient outcomes and inclusion. It is suitable for healthcare
professionals, teachers, care home staff and other professionals. The straps
have been specially developed to be more comfortable for extended wearing and
are orientated horizontally. The product is latex-free, single-use and
disposable. One size fits all. The mask meets the UK governments’ transparent
mask technical specification, along with the MHRA essential health and safety
requirements and has been approved for use in healthcare by the 4 devolved
nations.
