Membership Code of Conduct

Definitions:

  • Curanation Pte Ltd (GGPL): The company managing the network.
  • Curanation Business Network (GSC): The network.
  • Curanation Management (GGM): The management of the company.
  • Members: The individuals/businesses who are part of the network.
  • Website: https://cura.cloudapp.website/

All members of the Curanation Business Network (GSC) shall abide by the following Code of Conduct.

Members Have the Right To:

– Be treated equally, fairly, and with respect at all times by all GSC members, sponsors, and guests.
– Voice suggestions, opinions, and requests to GGM via the website’s Contact Us form.
– For Singapore entities, the full Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) coverage of the Republic of Singapore.

Members Must:

1. Maintain Professionalism & Respect

    • Treat all other GSC members, sponsors, and guests equally, fairly, and with respect at all times.
    • Conduct themselves responsibly, ensuring that the reputation of GSC, its members, sponsors, and guests is not tarnished.
    • Not partake in:
      • Sexual, racial, religious, political, or commercial harassment.
      • Toxic behaviors, including harassment, false accusations, discrimination, and radicalization.
      • Unethical activities, including interactions with malware, money solicitation, grooming, and bribery.

 

2. Adhere to Communication & Networking Etiquette

    • Not spam the GSC Official Room (including personal discussions).
    • Not pressure or coerce contacts in any form to join GSC.
    • Ensure that English is used in the GSC Official Room. If other languages are used, a proper translation to English should be provided.
    • Not promote third-party products and services—only personal or business offerings are allowed. The admin has the right to verify product/service legitimacy.
    • Not misuse the platform for personal gain at the expense of other members (e.g., direct poaching of clients, misrepresentation of credentials).

 

3. Respect Confidentiality & Business Integrity

    • Confidentiality Clause:
      • Respect the confidentiality of sensitive business or personal information shared within GSC.
      • Do not disclose any privileged information to non-members without explicit consent.
    • Intellectual Property & Content Use:
      • Members shall not use, modify, or redistribute any shared resources (e.g., templates, presentations, documents) without permission.
      • Copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property of fellow members must be respected.

 

4. Engage in Ethical Business Practices

    • Conduct business dealings honestly and ethically within the network.
    • Avoid any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive business activities.
    • Verify the accuracy and completeness of any membership fees, products, or services before completing a transaction. No refunds will be issued once the transaction is completed.
    • Avoid conflicts of interest when carrying out duties related to GSC. If a conflict arises, disclose it to GGM and abstain from relevant activities.

 

5. Follow Event & Activity Guidelines

    • Seek approval from GGM before organizing any GrowFlair-related activities (e.g., networking events, collaborations).
    • Conduct themselves professionally at all GSC-organized events.
    • Report any inappropriate behavior of a GSC member to GGM via the Contact Us form.

 

Members Are Strongly Encouraged To:

    • Share business opportunities, resources, invitations, and requests within the GSC community at the earliest possible time to maximize value for all members.
    • Actively participate in discussions, events, and networking activities to build a stronger community.
    • Collaborate and support fellow members by exchanging knowledge, referrals, and partnerships.

 

Breaches of This Code of Conduct:

    • GGM will issue up to 2 warnings via WhatsApp or email, which are recognized as legally binding documents.
    • Appointed moderators by GGM will flag and take immediate action against inappropriate/incriminating messages, including:
      • Text messages, videos, voice messages, chat stickers, and GIFs that violate community standards.
    • GGM reserves full rights to:
      • Issue a warning, suspend, or revoke any GSC membership at any time, at its sole discretion.
      • Take legal action against any illegal infringement.
    • No refunds will be issued for membership fees or any other paid products/services upon transaction completion.
    • While GGM aims to provide a fair and respectful environment, it is not liable for any misrepresentations by GSC members.
    • Any warnings, suspensions, and revocations will be handled according to the Terms & Conditions of GrowFlair.
    • GGM reserves the right to amend rules and regulations at any time, at its sole discretion.
