ARQon Pte Ltd and/or its Affiliates (collectively “Attopolis”, “ARQon”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect and process your personal information through Attopolis websites, devices, products, services, online and physical stores, and applications that reference this Privacy Policy (together “Attopolis Services”). For purposes of this Privacy Notice, “Affiliate” means any entity that directly or indirectly Controls, is Controlled by or is under common Control with Attopolis. “Control” means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or policies of an entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities or otherwise. By using Attopolis Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

We collect your personal information in order to provide and continually improve our Attopolis products and services. The types of personal information we collect include:

Information from you: We receive and record any information that you provide in relation to Attopolis Services. You can choose not to provide some information, however it may restrict your access to some features in our Services. 

Automatic Information: We automatically collect and record some information about your use of Attopolis Services, including information about your interaction with content and services available through Attopolis Services. We use “cookies” and other unique identifiers, and obtain certain types of information when your web browser or device accesses Attopolis Services and other content served by or on behalf of Attopolis on other websites.  

Information from Others: We might receive information about you from other sources, such as updated delivery and address information from our carriers, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase more easily.  

Personal information collected including but not limited to:

• your name, address, location and phone numbers,

• personal description and photograph given in your profile,

• your search or transaction records for products or services in our stores,
• your device settings and data access permissions to access Attopolis service,
• download, view or use content on a device,
• your purchase and place an order through or use Attopolis Services,
• upload images, videos or other files to Attopolis Services,
• your products or services on or through Attopolis Services,
• contacting with us by phone, email, or otherwise,
• post chat in Attopolis service, and
• completion of feedback and query to us.  

Some other personal information collected from:

• the automated information such as the device identifiers, cookies,
• other source information such as the delivery address from the carriers. and
• Information that you provided to the third-party advertisers and add networks, if any. Please read their interest-based ads policies before providing information to them. For our systems to recognise your browser or device, and to provide and improve Attopolis Services, we use cookies and other identifiers.

Personal Information sharing within Attopolis

We use the personal information for Attopolis, including ARQon Pte Ltd, its affiliates which are part of the Attopolis service and operator of government investment platform. We do not sell customers’ personal information to third party. 

Security of Personal Information

Please do not share your password to others and protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. Please note that user to sign off properly if using outsiders device.  

We consider the security of your personal information. We ensure the security safety on the following including also working with well-established service provider supporting our ATTOPOLIS.com: 

• payment gateway, such as with compliance to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card data.
• data transmission by using encryption protocols and software.
• security safeguard procedure for the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal customer information security features to protect them against unauthorised access and loss of data. 

User account for Adult and Organisation 

Attopolis user must be above age 18. If you are under 18, you may use Attopolis Services only with the involvement of an adult. For organisation, it requires legal entity that registered or recorded with national country where the organization operated. 

Dispute and Revision

When using Attopolis Services, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and the law of Singapore. Our Privacy Policy may be updated at any time.
