  in 4, 5, and 6 hole sizes.
• Anterior Superior Clavicle Plating System in
  8, 9 and 10 hole sizes.
• Combination holes for the use of standard or
  locking screws.

surgical recommendations

It is recommended to use the ALP plate for upper clavicle CLAVILOCK in the following cases:

1. Shaft fractures of the clavicle.
2. Fractures of the acromial end of the clavicle.
3. Malunions of the clavicle.
4. Non-union (pseudoarthrosis) of the clavicle.

General contraindications

• Systemic inflammatory response syndrome (to be evaluated by the surgeon).
• Septicemia.
• Osteomyelitis.
• Patient unable to comply with postoperative care.
• Hypersensitivity to materials (stainless steel and titanium).
