Blood DNA Extraction
The EchoLUTION Blood DNA Kits were developed for genomic DNA extraction dried blood spots (DBS).
DNA extraction is performed under aqueous conditions, preventing interaction of the DNA with chaotropic salts and organic solvent, which are known inhibitors for downstream applications.
