2. How to use Extra Large LED Display Fully Automatic Blood Pressure Measure Sphygmomanometers?
1.Relax about 5-10 minutes before measuring. Without eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, and bathing for 30 minutes before taking measurements;
2.Roll up the sleeve but not too tight;
3.Remove watch or other thing from the arm;
4.Please make sure the blood pressure monitor is on the same level with heart.
5.Don't bend over or cross your legs or talking during the measurement, until measurement is complete.
