US13 is an electro-medical device for therapeutic treatments in the physiotherapy field in which ultrasound is used.
The treatment consists of transferring energy to the patient with a frequency of 1MHz and 3MHz, exposing the area to be treated to an ultrasound beam.
The treatment is carried out with a handpiece applicator which is held in the operator's hand and used by scanning the area of the epidermis undergoing therapy (direct contact mode) or immersed in water together with the area of the patient undergoing treatment (immersion mode ).
The device can work with two different applicators which differ in the area of the plate in contact with the patient which can be 1cm² or 5cm².
