Dengue IgG/IgM Test
01. Specimen collection
Using capillary tube or micropipette, collect about 10 ㎕ of a sample (serum, plasma) or 20 ㎕ of a human blood and drop it on the sample dripping site (S) of the device.
02. Specimen diluent Drop
Drop 3 drops(about 100 ㎕) of specimen diluent on the specimen drip area.
03. Interpretation
Read the result 15 to 20 minutes after the start of the test.
