HLA-B*15:02 Real-time PCR Kit

HLA-B*15:02 Real-time PCR Kit is designed to detect HLA-B*15:02 genotype and RPPH gene in 1 reaction tube by double fluorescent PCR. The highly specific HLA-B*15:02 genotype primer and probe is designed to detect the presence of HLA-B*15:02 genotype rapidly, while ensuring accuracy of test result by evaluating the amplification of reference gene.

• Designed for easy operation & accurate analysis. The kit can achieve both rapid detection and effective inner control through simultaneous amplification of HLA-B*15:02 genotype and RPPH (reference gene) simply in 1 reaction tube.
• The kit adopts HLA-B*15:02 genotype highly specific primer and probe design, the whole detection time is shortened (from purified DNA to result is about 75 minutes).
• High Sensitivity. Lod reaches minimum of 10ng/uL with approximate 3000 copies of human genome.
• Designed based on fluorescent probe quantitative PCR method, the sensitivity is higher than that of melt curve PCR or common PCR method.
