ELVADIO surgical suture

Description:

ELVADIO surgical suture is a synthetic, absorbable, monofilament and sterile surgical suture composed of the polymer Poly(p-dioxanone). ELVADIO surgical sutures dyed with D&C Violet No. 2.

Indication:

ELVADIO surgical sutures are indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation, including pediatric cardiovascular tissue where growth is expected to occur and ophthalmic surgery. ELVADIO surgical suture is not indicated in adult cardiovascular tissue, microsurgery and neural tissue.

Specifications:

ELVADIO surgical sutures are supplied as sterile, monofilament dyed (violet) strands in USP sized 6-0 through 1 (metric 0,7 through 4) in a variety of lengths, with a variety of needles. ELVADIO surgical sutures are available in 1 dozen boxes.
