VitaScript® 1Step RT-PCR Kit

VitaScript® 1Step RT-PCR Kit is a combined reverse transcription / PCR amplification system for the analysis of RNA with endpoint PCR. The optimized 1Step formula allows for reverse transcription and amplification of the target sequence to be performed in one reaction saving time and resources while being highly sensitive and efficient. Due to a novel bioengineered polymerase, target sizes up to 12 kb can be amplified with a high fidelity.
